An Effortless Savings Program

An Effortless Savings Program

A good savings plan is like a good diet: It’s only going to work if you stick with it.

When so many things compete for our time and attention, it’s easy to push our finances to the back burner. While the consequences of spending a few months ignoring your finances are not quickly apparent, it can have lasting repercussions for your future. They can be the difference between living the life of your dreams and barely getting by.

Purpose-Driven Investing is worthless if we don’t also save consistently and purposefully.

This section will show you exactly how to set your savings program on autopilot so that, day after day, you’ll have an effortless system working behind the scenes to ensure you stay on target to reach your goals.

The good news is there are several extremely easy solutions you can implement through your employer or on your own. Once it’s set up, it will run smoothly and effortlessly. The bad news is you won’t have any excuse not to do it!

There are three ways to implement the Effortless Savings program:

  • 401(k) or other employer-sponsored retirement account
  • Direct deposit
  • Automatic payments/transfers

We’ll cover each of these in greater depth in upcoming lessons. Stay tuned!
